Next, we usually establish a point of contact with someone at the front desk or in HR; then let them know about a week in advance when we plan on being there. Every relationship is different, but usually when the crew manager shows up, we have a list of employees, their contacts, as well as what services were ordered. We offer online sign up sheets make it a breeze for employees to reserve a time-slot in advance with exactly what service they’d like to schedule for.
